Terms of service
Effective 18 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Morgan A.I. Development Solutions Limited ("MAIDS", "we", "us") for using Mailbridge. By creating an account or connecting an AI client you accept them. If you use Mailbridge for a business, you accept them on that business's behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
1The service
Mailbridge lets you connect Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Hotmail and IMAP mailboxes, and gives your AI assistant one private MCP endpoint that reaches only your mailboxes and calendars. We may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
2Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give an email address you control.
- An account is for one person. Keep access to your email and Microsoft sign-in secure, because anyone who can sign in as you can use your mailboxes through Mailbridge.
- Tell us straight away at support@mailbridge.ai if you think someone else has used your account.
3Mailboxes you connect
You may only connect mailboxes you are entitled to use, and only in ways the mailbox owner allows. For a work mailbox, that includes your organisation's policies and any approval its IT administrator must give. You're responsible for having permission to let Mailbridge and your AI client read and act on each mailbox.
4What your AI client does
Your AI client acts on your instructions. Mailbridge carries out the tool calls it makes within the limits you set: writes are off until you turn them on, and each mailbox can be limited to reading, drafting or sending, and to recipient domains you choose.
- You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including email your AI client sends on your behalf.
- Sent email cannot be recalled. Read your AI client's confirmation prompts before approving a send.
- Mailbridge moves deleted mail to Deleted Items or Trash; it never deletes permanently. Moves can be undone for 24 hours.
- Email content is untrusted. A message can contain text aimed at your AI assistant. Mailbridge never acts on message content by itself, but your AI client may, so keep writes off or limited if that concerns you.
5Acceptable use
You must not use Mailbridge to:
- send spam, phishing, malware or unlawful content, or break any law;
- reach mailboxes you're not entitled to use;
- probe, overload or work around Mailbridge's security, limits or isolation between users;
- resell or provide Mailbridge to others without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account straight away if it puts the service, other users or a mail provider at risk.
6Other companies' services
Microsoft, your IMAP provider and your AI client are run by other companies under their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or for what they do with data you give them. If a provider revokes access, for example after a password change, you'll need to reconnect the mailbox.
7Plans and payment
- Free includes one mailbox, read-only: your AI client can read but not draft, send or change anything.
- Pro includes every feature and up to 25 mailboxes. Its monthly and yearly prices are shown on the Plan page and the home page before you pay, and include any VAT that applies.
- Free trial. Each new account gets one 7-day trial of Pro, without a card. When it ends the account moves to Free unless you have subscribed.
- Billing. Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short time; if it still can't be taken, the subscription ends and the account moves to Free.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time under Plan, Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Deleting your account cancels the subscription at once.
- Moving to Free. Nothing is deleted. The first mailbox you added stays usable, read-only; any others are kept but paused until you subscribe again.
- Refunds. Ask for a refund at any time by emailing support@mailbridge.ai, no questions asked. We refund your most recent payment in full straight away, your subscription ends at once and the account moves to Free. This covers your legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing.
We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and you can cancel before it applies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8Your data
Your email, calendar and other content stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Mailbridge to you. Our Privacy policy explains what we store. If you use Mailbridge for a business, our Data processing agreement forms part of these terms.
9Availability
We work to keep Mailbridge running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance or security, and mail providers can be unavailable or limit requests.
10Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account under Your data; that removes your data straight away. We may end your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of business, profit or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid us in that period.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
13Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
